At Pawkhana, we take great care in producing safe, high-quality treats for your pets. Because our products are food items, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
Returns
Due to the nature of pet food products, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.
However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery

You received the wrong item

The package arrived leaking or tampered
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once we review and verify the issue, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement of the product, or

Full refund to the original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

The product has been opened or partially consumed

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

The pet does not prefer the taste of the product

Incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
